Carrying out obligations arising from applicable provisions, including the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of data personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law Turquoise Lagoon adopts the Regulations for the provision of electronic services, the Privacy Policy and the “Cookies” policy.


The administrator of personal data is Turkusowy Zalew with its registered office in 56-410 Dobroszyce, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.
The service provider provides services electronically in the form of forms enabling the entry of data, including personal data. Providing personal data is voluntary, and their processing takes place in order to answer the contact question and on the basis of and pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. a Regulation – i.e. based on your consent to the processing of personal data.
The customer service process is conducted to provide services and products to contractors on whose behalf their representatives act.
The sales process is conducted to present the offer and conclude the contract.
Personal data is stored for the period until the consent is withdrawn, followed by the period necessary to secure or assert any claims.
Personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization.
The data subject has the following rights: the right to request access to his personal data, the right to rectify (correct), delete, limit the processing of personal data and the right to transfer personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent – consent can be revoked at any time time; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
Any data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Data Protection when he considers that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.
In the event that the data is collected voluntarily, refusal to provide it results in the inability to perform the action specified for the given process.


The processing of personal data of Service Recipients using services provided electronically by the Service Provider may relate to: names and surnames, contact phones, e-mail address, subject of the message, consents to the processing of personal data.
The Service Recipient undertakes to comply with these Regulations.
The Service Recipient is obliged to use the Service Provider’s website in a manner consistent with the law while respecting the Service Provider’s personal rights.
The Service Provider reserves the right to conduct maintenance works on the ICT system that may cause difficulties or prevent the Service Recipients from using the services.
In special cases affecting the security or stability of the ICT system, the Service Provider has the right to temporarily discontinue or limit the provision of services, without prior notification and maintenance work aimed at restoring the security and stability of the ICT system.
The recipient is obliged to enter data consistent with the facts.
The Service Recipient is obliged to comply with the prohibition on abuse of electronic means of communication and not to provide the following content by or to the Service Provider’s ICT systems:
causing work disturbance or overloading the ICT systems of the Service Provider or other entities directly or indirectly involved in the provision of electronic services,
violate the goods of third parties, generally accepted social norms or are incompatible with generally applicable law.
The Service Provider provides the Service Recipients that the personal data provided by them will be kept secret by the Service Provider, which includes information provided on the public Internet network, and concerning and entered by the Service Recipients only within the Service Provider’s IT system and only in the event that this information is not publicly available or their disclosure is not necessary for the proper provision of the service to which they relate. Information provided by the Service Users may be disclosed only with the prior consent of the Service User or if such an obligation results from applicable law. The service provider shall consider complaints within 14 days from the date of its submission. If the complaint cannot be considered at this time, the Service Provider shall inform the complainant in writing about the reasons for the delay and the expected date for considering the complaint.
Complaints related to the provision of electronic services by the Service Provider may be submitted in writing to the Service Provider’s address or in electronic form via e-mail to the following address: It is recommended that the Service Recipient provide in the complaint description: information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of irregularities, the Service Recipient’s request and contact details of the person submitting the complaint.


The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.
Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Service User’s end device and are intended for using the website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

adapting the content of websites to the Client’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites, in particular these files allow to recognize the Client’s device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs,
creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content.
The website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the Service User’s terminal device until they leave the website or turn off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the Service User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the Customer.
Each Customer who does not agree to the use of cookies is obliged to modify the web browser settings.
Changes to the settings in the web browser of the Service Recipient may limit access to some functions of the website.
